Here at The Holiday Club, as part of our promise to you, we constantly strive to better your experience. Our Signature Collection resorts are largely owned and managed by The Holiday Club and we have annual refurbishment plans in place to ensure that you always have access to top quality resorts of impeccable standards, comfort and entertainment where you can truly enjoy your holidays and the benefits of being a Member of The Holiday Club.
Twenty-two of our Signature Collection resorts and three Associated Resorts have undergone refurbishments over the past year, both major and minor as well as further development. Read on about what these improvements are, what we have planned for the next phase and where we have been working hard on maintaining and upgrading some of the smaller facilities at the resorts.
Our commitment to providing superior service has made The Holiday Club one of the leading organisations in the leisure industry in Southern Africa. One of the ways we've been able to provide this service is through the annual Membership and Reservation Fees you pay. The annual Membership fees service all levies charged at various resorts where The Holiday Club owns inventory. The annual reservation fees cover all administrative and staff costs relating to the reservation process.
The Holiday Club has in the past 21 years acquired investments in resorts throughout the country and has developed some of its own quality resorts in some of the most popular destinations in the country. Staying true to our commitment of delivering exceptional service and quality standards at our own and managed resorts, we scheduled annual refurbishments at our resorts to ensure we are on par with contemporary trends in resort amenities and service offering.

Suntide Qunu Falls

Waterberg Game Park
The restaurant and convenience shop at this stunning 4.5-hectare game farm are being completely revamped and upgraded and have been contracted out to new operators. The new names for the facilities are -
- Traders (Convenience shop)
- The Thirsty Warthog (Bar)
- Bushbuck Terrace (Restaurant)
The unit patios have been tiled, and a patio roof and braai facilities have been added. The games room and play areas will be upgraded in 2017 to provide entertainment and activities suited to everyone, from toddlers to tweens. Kayaking facilities have been added for water sports fun.
Future plans include the addition of a Body Bliss "Bush" Spa.
